Alex leads AVO's Electrical Engineering Division with over 29 years of experience in engineering, design and construction of various types of facilities and utility projects. He is registered with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) and is licensed in the states of Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Texas. |

Dee has over ten (10) years experience in field operations and distribution studies. Eight (8) years experience in distribution systems construction standards and materials specifications. Proven track record of exceeding company expectations. Specific experise in team leadership, circuit analysis and planning, transformer design and application, wood products, underground cable, distribution feeder protection and finanacial analysis. Registered professional engineer in the states of Utah, Colorado, and Texas. |
